I'm Kristen, a Delivery & Implementation leader based in Madrid. Born and raised in Washington D.C., multicultural by practice, with an MSc in Sustainability & Business Transformation at IE Business School. Over 8+ years, I've sat at the intersection of client relationships, operations, and sustainability strategy, owning enterprise and B2B portfolios end-to-end for Fortune 500 clients, global NGOs, and early-stage ventures, and building the CRM systems, reporting infrastructure, and compliance know-how that keep complex accounts and programs on track.
I'm CSRD Level 3 certified, with hands-on fluency in ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini from two applied Generative AI certifications — and still learning each day.
